A minimum 3 month commitment is required for any coaching package. Coaching fees are paid in advance. There's a 10% discount for a 12 month commitment on any package.
Athletes must have at least a heart rate/ GPS device that is downloadable. A power meter on your bike is desirable.
Athlete Consultations $100 per hour
Not quite ready to take the step to full service coaching? Perhaps you're self coached and you just need a little extra direction or objective analysis of your training data? Maybe you just need to be pointed in the right direction?
During an athlete consult we'll go over your prior training and make some suggestions on how you can improve your performance. It's the next best thing to having a full time coach.
